The KPS Library is one of the hall marks of the school. The library hall is
big and spacious and equipped with good storage and display furniture,
it has plenty of space for students to accommodate and study. It is a
venue of interactive conferences too. It has large collection of books on
different subjects for different age groups. It houses more than 35,000
books and 70 titles of magazines and journals and thus is a store house of
information related to prescribed books and beyond. Efforts are made to
create and promote the reading habits amongst the students. Open shelf
system has been adopted so that students can have access to the books.
Books are issued for carrying home for a week.
KPS library is fully digitalized and in spite of having huge collection it is
consistently and constantly being added with new Titles the year round.
Besides the encyclopedias, reference books, text books, and other - a
vast number of CDs and eBooks on several subjects and topics are
available in the library. The students can have access to all the digital
information right at the click of the mouse. It truly reflects the academic
dynamics of the school. |
Labs:
Computer
 This is an age of computer technology KPS has been
a pioneer in introducing computer Education in its school right from the
very early stage i.e. Nursery. Thus, every student of KPS gets an
opportunity to learn computer and make use of this tool for further
learning. The school has four computer labs each having 30 to 35

Physics
 KPS have a well established smart physics lab , well equipped with optical, electrical and mechanical instruments .Students are given exposure to practicals as well as project making.

Chemistry
 
kps has a well set chemistry lab with all glass ware, selling, electronic balances, physical balances, titration set and chemical. Lab is also having a distillation unit  as well as centrifugation system. |
Biology
 
Biology lab is fully updated with requirements for conduct of practicals as per latest syllabus .Lab is well established with specimen , optical instruments , prepared slides ,water baths, electronic balances and centrifuge. All stains reagents & chemicals needed are also available. |
Smart classes

Social Science
Adequate and modern teaching aids are available
to teachers besides charts, maps and models. Epidiascope, slide
projector over head Projector are frequently used in lectures and Quiz
programmes. |
Maths
Maths can be made as interesting as a game. Students
fiddle with various concepts of mathematical knowledge and verify
these by practical observation in the maths lab eg. height, weight, length,

size, speed, area, volume etc. The lab has good models of geometrical
forms and these give the concrete picture of the abstract forms. |

Auditorium
 
 
The school's Hi-tech Auditorium "Sanskriti" is a bonanza given by the
management to the school students. The beautiful auditorium has a
capacity to house all the students under one roof. Its grand dais, rich
curtains, good lighting and sound system inspires every student to look
forward for a chance to perform. The auditorium provides a common
platform where the latest talents of students are nurtured. The
auditorium is the cultural centre of the school for budding and
creative artists. |
Conference Hall
 The Conference Room of the school is a nice compact room with oval
shaped central dias for guest & speakers. It is also equipped with IT
Boards and projectors. The place is the centre of many activities like
lectures, Competitions, Debate, Quiz, Olympiad, House Meetings etc. It
is one of the most vibrant place in the school, a favourite place, as it is
always buzzing with activity. |
Hostel Facilities
KPS Hostel provides the best alternative for Home for those away from
home specially for those students, who have to suffer because of the
frequent transfer of their parents from one place to another. The hostel
has separate wings for boys and girls students. Hostel imbibes in
students a regulated life, self-discipline and healthy competitive
character, KPS hostel with its modern infrastructure in a calm and serene
atmosphere provides within school premises, all that is required for an
ideal residential school. Hostel dormitories are well ventilated, spacious
and furnished with latest modern facilities; care is ensured for a very
high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. For the growing students, the
food provided in the hostel is perfectly balanced and highly nutritious.
Every minute activity in the hostel is planned and personally supervised
by the hostel warden. |
Sports Facilities
 
 
Games and Sports are essential part of our educational training to
develop overall personality of the child. The vast play ground with its
badminton, Tennis Courts, Cricket Pitch and the sports complex provide
all incentive for outdoor and indoor games. Facilities like gymnasium,
Karate, Horse riding have also been provided. The school’s swimming
pool is half the size of the Olympiad swimming pool and its membership
is open to students. Students go for swimming classes during school
hours under the supervision of the swimming coach. The students of
KPS are lucky to have this rare facility in school itself |
Canteen & CafeteriaÂ

First-Aid
Ahealthy body keeps a healthy mind. The school has its own dispensary
where a Doctor and a Nurse are available for consultation and help
during school hours. The school dispensary takes care of the minor
illness and injury in the school itself. Regular medical check-ups are
done for all students from time to time. Lectures, workshops are also
arranged from doctors of reputed hospitals. Provision of health cards to
all the students individually is also made mandatory. |

Transportation
The entire students at KGI Complex, New Delhi are facilitated for the safest and well maintained transport vehicles to cover the entire city up to all the possible extent. The service is being offered with all the safety measures and well trained operating personals. The service is being provided in order to facilitate all students to the city traffic life and to save time for the commutation purpose.
